Describe the feature you want to implement in the prototype
For this prototype, I want to identify the activated neurons from the image( by checking the intensity difference to identify whether the neuron is activated)

This would be implemented in the check activity in the cni_pkg.py file. (To be further defined)
For the design part, we need to update the WBS_document(design document)
Describe alternatives you've considered
The function may be more complex than proposed, perhaps adding the reliability of the check result.
