Pg 9: Weird characters - – appears twice instead of em-dash Pg 25: “Lingua Franka” -> Lingua Franca Pg 89: “if not everything will be” -> if everything is not Pg 147: “them methods” -> those methods Pg 163: “not awaiting on anything” -> not waiting on anything (?) Pg 163: “only load when you to” -> only load when you need to Pg 183: repeat paragraph

Thanks, @mininek . I've left the extensibility team several years ago, and am unlikely to be updating the book... but if I ever do, I'll do this and the other fixes.
