Add Parsec services #2

Juste used your script and it didn't fix it for me. Turns out it was parsec but just stopping the parsec service doesn't work. It seems to be the controller driver of parsec but i couldn't locate the service.

That happens because parsec installing it's own vigem bus driver in parallel I have tried to disable that device which appear in device manager but when connecting a controller it is creating a new device

and there is no way to contact parsec support to ask them how to deal with that

It would be really nice if they add a tickbox when installing parsec like 'Install gamepad support'
