User Preferences Addon Checkbox dead

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download the script
2.Install it by clicking the "Install Add-On..." button on the User Preferences 
window (Addons tab)
3.try clicking on the checkbox for the SMD/DMX tools

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the checkbox to be checked, and the addon enabled. But nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Blender 2.60 r41098 on Windows 7 Home Basic

Please provide any additional information below.
This bug was posted before but it was removed without a solution. I tried 
reinstalling the addon and other traditional methods like that but they didn't 
work.

updated to 2.63a and now it's working. So, FIXED
