That report is far too vague to be useful. I just made a new release, do you
have the same problems with it?

The problem still persists with version 1.4 of the exporter, but the error
messages seem to have less of a variety, and some of the planes and meshes are
exporting properly. I'm now getting "RuntimeError: Error: Neither rocation nor
lotation could be applied to a 2D curve" for you guessed it, 2D curves, and
"RuntimeError: Error: Can't apply to a multi-user mesh, doing nothing." Do I
need to finish all the texturing for it to work?
The model isn't completely finished yet, but I need to test out the size in SFM.

The exporter is working on all the models I've previously made, and it seems
like the issue is on the one file...

Can you upload that blend, please.

I've fixed both of the problems you were having and I'll make a new release
soon.
You still won't be able to export though: your model has far, FAR too much
detail. When I tried exporting it my system actually ran out of memory. Even if
you have enough RAM to overcome that, Studiomdl will reject the output.
I've attached a file will all of the subsurf modifiers removed (use bevel
instead) and greatly reduced resolution for the two Curve objects. I've also
grouped all of your objects together so that they are exported to one file
called guitar.smd or guitar.dmx.
It still has more detail than you could possibly need, but at least things are
manageable now.

Oops. It is the first model I'm intending for use in Source, for any game
engine really, and the tip is really useful.
Thanks a lot for the fix and support!
