Info Window Glitch

Found in Release:
r290

Detailed description:
If you dismiss an info window while it is maximized, your windows will 
appear screwed up from there on out.

Workaround if you have one:
none known

Next step is to reproduce in JavaScript.

Ok, its more than that.  I can reproduce the problem in Hello Maps by switching 
between the "Opening an Info Window" demo, the Icon Classes demo, and then back 
again.

I am using Maps release 2.x.  When I turn back the API version to 2.113 
(picked at random), the problem seems to go away.
