Make GWT standard themes with gadgets #176

Found in Release:
GWT 1.5.2, Gadgets API Library 1.0

Detailed description:
Currently it is not possible to use gwt themes with Gadgets API. It fails
to resolve css images (hborder.png etc).

Workaround if you have one:
None
