I see no reason to disable compatibility as it currently has no negative impact on the Znote AAC structure beside slightly less file size. And when it comes to development priority, TFS 1.0 comes first, then the rest. TFS 1.0 will become more popular soon since its the only repository under developement, Since TFS 0.3/4 is stopped.
But there will always be those who insist on crappy protocols like 8.6 servers, and then its nice to know they can run a stable Znote AAC environment for it. So at least the website is working as it should.
What about some code to track how much users are using TFS_01/03 etc into ZnoteAAC so we can have an idea and maybe disable some at a near future? =P
