[Suggestion] Change Inline Content Editor #394

Since the one in use right now (nicEdit) is no longer maintained (since 2008), I suggest changing to either CKEditor or tinyMCE

With Markdown being more and more prevalent (Markdown is being used on Github, otland forum, Discord etc), I think we can start to look into implementing news in Markdown for Znote AAC (and eventually forum), and thus perhaps switch to something like this: https://github.com/sparksuite/simplemde-markdown-editor

Open source, my first impression is that its easy to install without bothersome dependencies

Edit: Oops, sparksuite's repo is dead since 2016, but I found an active fork: (+425 commits ahead) https://github.com/Ionaru/easy-markdown-editor
