A few Lua scripts updates #431

changed folder name from LUA to Lua
Added installation instructions
fixed playerdeath variables (fixes #430)
Added outfit IDs up to Jouster outfit to the sync outfit script
Removed unnecessary instruction
Added revscriptsys version of all scripts
tabbed first items config table for better reading

(nothing has been tested, but since its most likely a copy&paste it should be fine)

Thanks, I hope you will keep sending PR's to fix potential issues in the Lua code should there be any. :P I'll be pretty much unavailable until next week (possibly weekend). I'll try to keep an eye on this repo through my phone.
