Add YouTube Channel support #26

Hi there,

Any chance you are able to add support for YouTube channels? e.g. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpOIUW62tnJTtpWFABxWZ8g

And Google+ user channels? e.g. https://plus.google.com/u/0/106294066679033538338

Currently, neither can be parsed.

Actually, we don't need this after all. I did some investigation also & it's not straight-forward, either.
