Report Review, writing checklist check #14

This PR covers the next draft after going through the writing checklist, along with adding/altering figures that needed improvement, and re-making the tables I had as figures in the introduction as tex tables.

I added more to the lit review on the PBMR and a few of its benchmarks/power peaking/burnup simulations, and a section on the HTR-10.

I think the checklist branch is up-to-date, the main.pdf shows its last commit is the same as the one here. The report pdf is here
