Remove the application's need for the app.config/RPGXplorer.config file if 
possible.

The app.config that is there doesn't really specify anything from what I 
recall. Even so, the application settings file shouldn't be available because 
it really isn't configurable with that file, and placing incorrect values in 
there or changing its contents can break the application.
