Error on Loading Components, Hang on updating Foreign keys and eventually crash.. #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. FRESH install of RPGXplorer 2.1 on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 X64
2. Go to Load Components
3. Pick XML from Project RED (Say Elder Evils)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should load the component and update the various DB's it needs to. Instead 
it starts loading, there is a window that pops up with the text "Recovery 
databases saved successfully." Then a nice "ERROR" window with the following 
text: 

An Error has occured. Please report the following to 
customer.support@rpgxplorer.com: 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object. 
RPGXplorer.XML->Void BuildFromDB(RPGXplorer.ProgressBar) 
RPGXplorer.SaveLoad->Void LoadObjects(ObjectDataCollection, System.String) 

and it will now be "updating foreign keys" forever... If you kill the foreign 
keys window, the rest of the program will hang and then eventually crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0 on Windows 7 Ultimate SP2 64bit

I am as well.  I have RPGXplorer set to run as administrator but I do not have 
a compatibility mode set.  Should it be set to run as XP, given it was 
originally written for earlier operating systems?

i also noticed i can not remove levels or delete characters

Level removale is done by right clicking on the white space, not on the level 
you want to remove. You can only remove the last added levels.
