When opening character sheet, skills have 0 ranks #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Creating a character
2.  Adding levels to said character
3.  Opening up the character sheet for the character

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I open up the character sheet I want to see the skill points for the 
character, instead I see ranks of zero.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Version 2.1.0.1 on Windows Vista.

Please provide any additional information below.
When I shut the program down and reload, the skill points are shown correctly.
