Unable to add user created prestige classes #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Add Rules
2. Caster, Psionic, & Prestige Tabs are available but options are unable be be 
edited

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to add new classes with various dynamics

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.0.1 & Win 7 64bit
