[Request] Change "a kingdom divided" teleports from Kharedst's Memoir to AKR #1548

I am not sure if this is the right channel to request changes to the quest guide, so in case it is not, close the request without review, but here we go.

With the addition of the new fairy ring AKR, most teleports necessary for A Kingdom Divided for Hosidius are more optimal if done via AKR, on the first look this includes:

Talking to Lord Hosidius in his Castle Inspecting the Wine Barrel in the vinery

Same goes with everything about Xerics Lookout, I think the backdoor ladder was added later, so going for Xerics Lookout is probably easier to reach via Skills Necklace from woodcutting guild, but I might be wrong on this one.
