Pirate's Treasure stuck #1593

"Talk to Redbeard Frank in Port Sarim" does not trigger. No step triggers until Karmjan Rum is looted from crate in Port Sarim where this happens: https://i.imgur.com/LbYNll0.png

Upon turning in Karamja Rum, the Redbeard Frank trigger doesn't happen. Making the quest tracking stuck once again. https://i.imgur.com/0oytWdN.png

Seems like issue with Redbeard?

I was able to reproduce the first part regarding the "Talk to Redbeard Frank..." step.

The text was changed from "Ok, I will bring you some rum." to "Ok, I will bring you some Karamja Rum."

I wasn't able to reproduce the other issue.
