Runelite laggy with Questhelper open? #1597

This issue started about 2-3 weeks ago. Whenever I have quest helper running a quest, my game gets super hitchy and progressively worse until i restart the launcher. I use Jagex Launcher then launch Runelite. For specs, I have 32gb of 3200hz ram, 3070ti and an Intel i7-11700k.
