Dragon Slayer II unnecessary Seal of passage item requirement #1650

DS2 unnecessarily instructs players to bring a Seal of passage with them for the various lunar island tasks, though it is at least not required for the lighting of the brazier and fight with Robert the Strong. (it may be needed for speaking with the Oneiromancer, I can't confirm this)

I would assume its needed to speak to the Oneiromancer since she is a resident of Lunar Isle.
