Too many unused files lingering #5

There are many files that have been replaced with newer scripts. They should be identified and removed.

Progress made, only the files inside of /website remain to be cleansed.

I'm planning to just rewrite a whole lotta stuff from the website when there is access to a database, possibly redesigning the website as well.

No work (by me at least) will be done to fix this issue until further notice.
