Some stuttering and frequent crashing

With this mod, the game usually micro stutters every 4-5 seconds and crashes very frequently. Like every 2 missions or so. I'm using CLEO without any mods and GTA SA 1.0

I've had the same problem and to me it was just changing the version of CLEO to an older one and now it works perfectly fine
