timer bug results in incorrect timer #668

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. search for 3.5 minute timer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see an 8h 6m timer (actually each time I repo it seems to use the same 
timer..).  

I expect to see a 3m 30s timer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Google.com 

(using a mac with chrome or firefox)

What is the url of the corresponding thread at Google Groups?

What is your support ticket from Google support?
