typo on `Gmail Notifications' page #76

Google Talk XMPP Extensions page[1] contains a typo:
`</mail-thheheread-info>' should be replaced with
`</mail-thread-info>'.

There is another one:
the values of `from' and `to' attributes in Example 6 seem to be swapped
(`orchard' is the client part).
