What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse to the console using chrome.
2. Position mouse over first service, notice that the list doesn't change to
indicate mouseover.
3. Position mouse slightly below service (10 to 25 pixels), notice that
mouseover is now indicated.
4. Reposition over plus symbol and click. Notice no result.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected outcome is that the mouse position tracks correctly. The actual
outcome is that the cursor appears to be below where it is registering.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Fluorine 1.0.0.15, running inside Google Chrome 5.0.375.55 on Windows XP sp 3.
