Thinking names for num_tasks, num_procs, num_threads #94

At the moment num_tasks, num_procs, num_threads have a specific meaning in ComputationSettings which might not be straightforward to connect with similar options in Slurm. We need to think if there are better names.

We decided not to change, since

Our names are consistent with Julia
Slurm is just one cluster manager, and we cannot be compatible with all anyways
