Something unexpected happened #181

Hi, firstly thank you for making an addon that is incredibly easy to use compared to others that I've tried.

Unfortunately I'm getting the 'Error connecting to VPN, something unexpected happened. Check log for more information' error.

Please could you help me to debug the attached log? I've definitely used the correct credentials as it works on my laptop.

Switch on debug (settings/advanced/debug) and get a log. Make sure you're using the 'other' credentials with PIA - not your log in details. I can't recall what they're called but they're in your client area. And if you've not set it up using the wizard, do so - OSMC needs a few things switched on which the wizard will take care of. Or you can review the documentation on the github wiki for making it work with a regular Linux system

thanks, I've tried using windscribe account and have the same problem. I've used the wizard and it says no problems.

No debug log, so closing this. Reopen with a debug log if this is still a problem

i uploaded that screenshot of the logfile as I don't know how to get a text file from the device.
