Refactor WebhookParameters #123

[x] First of all, rename WebhookParameters. Call it RoomParameters instead.
[x] Then, create RoomParameters only from a ChatBot instance.
[x] Then, create ChatMessage only from a RoomParameters instance.
[x] Then, add send method to ChatMessage

Make RoomParameters keep a reference to the corresponding ChatBot
