Chat-posting thread can suddenly die #69

Not sure why, but for some reason the thread that is posting to chat can suddenly die.

com.skiwi.githubhooksechatservice.chatbot.StackExchangeChatBot.drainMessagesQueue is no longer run, which means that no thread is doing the actual posting to chat.

This seems to happen about every two-three days.
