Sometimes when debugging or just playing around you might want to just run a command inside the game to modify various things. These commands should also have the possibility of returning some information that can then be displayed.

Example use-cases:

Hanabi probabilities
Analysis of various games
Manipulating/Checking game state
Automatically do some AI-like move
Map Editors
