Rename "Community Fund" for "Neurons' Fund" #210

Rename the name of two transactions:

Join Community Fund
Leave Community Fund

The name that should appear in the screen in the transactions should be:

"Join Neurons' Fund" instead of "Join Community Fund"
"Leave Neurons' Fund" instead of "Leave Community Fund"

Question, could you search for the work "Community" to see whether it appears anywhere else?
