Change in Screen titles #222

A few changes in the text of the first screen.

From "Stake Maturity Neuron" to "Stake Maturity" (both SNS and NNS)
From "Start Dissolve Neuron" to "Start Dissolving"
From "Stop Dissolve Neuron" to "Stop Dissolving "
From "Start Dissolving Neuron" to "Start Dissolving"
From "Stop Dissolving Neuron" to "Stop Dissolving"
From "Remove Neuron Permissions" to "Remove Permissions"
From "Add Neuron Permissions" to "Add Permissions"
Add "Transaction type" in the first screen of the ICRC transfer.
