Add ED25519 to app parameters #81

This fixes the device crashing when the curve is used.

The rest of the changes are just refactoring of the tests (+ added OVK which changed the screenshots) and the try script to easily test a real device

Compliance with guidelines blocked by https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-app-database/pull/68 As for the version, we can just release this as a hotfix, behavior didn't change, only the curve was added to make it work on a real device
