Fix for error in creating views that already exist in db with differe… #182

Basically this fixes issue https://github.com/Zondax/namadexer/issues/181, where installs made after views were created in db, would fail with newest update. This takes care of that. It also makes for a more clean break if further changes in views are required in the future. Also removes typo-view tx_transfert and updates function name.
