Can't get out of fullscreen mode (confirmed on win64) #473

I started zmNinja with fs as a command line parameter. After I closed the app I started the app again without the fs parameter, but it is still in fullscreen mode. How can I get it in a normal window again?

pliablepixels commented 7 years ago

it remembers the last state. If you take it out of full screen mode and exit, then next time it should not start in full screen

Question is how can I take it out of fs? As I don't kown how I can take it out, it stays in fs mode all the time

pliablepixels commented 7 years ago

I don't use win64, but usually if you hover around the top with a mouse , you should see the controls reappear for the window

florie1706 commented 7 years ago

No, that doesn't work. I edited %APPDATA%\zmNinjaDesktop\window-state.json from "isFullScreen":true to false. That did work.

Okay, so this is a bug. I got hold of a Win machine and you're right. Can you give this a try: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3iQz0D8vxltb09sU09HLU1kSUU/view?usp=sharing

Ctrl+Alt+X - see if it minimized after you start with fs I'd also be interest to know what happens if you do Ctrl+Alt+D - does it throw an error, does it do nothing or does it open up a debugging window?

florie1706 commented 7 years ago

Ctrl+Alt+X brings it to a normal window, so fs is gone then Ctrl+Alt+Dbrings up a debugging window on the right side

btw there is an old version of the German lang file in it

pliablepixels commented 7 years ago

fs is still there - it can be used to force a full screen on start.

Yes, I did not pull the latest german file when I made this change.
