Events playback doens't work in zmNinja with ZoneMinder 1.32.2 but works on native web interface #744

Platform & OS Version PC w/ Windows 10 and Android 8.1

The version of ZoneMinder you are using: 1.32.2 running on an SBC with Ubuntu 14.04

What is the nature of your issue Events playback doesn't work

Details Events list in zmNinja 1.3.021 displays the first frame of the events but if I click on "footage" button or on the event thumbnail, an almost empty window opens; there are only some strange symbols on the top of the window: ... > (...)
Event playback works very well with the ZoneMinder native web interface with all common web browsers. Please note that I already verified that the latest version of php5-gd is correctly Live preview from monitors works well.

Let's focus on only the desktop version for now. You did not post logs. Can you please post logs after you update to the latest desktop version? https://github.com/pliablepixels/zmNinja/releases

Thank you for your answer; with zmNinja desktop v1.3.029 the problem disappeared on my PC: now I'm able to see footage of the captured events. Nonetheless the problem still persists on my Android smartphone with v1.3.021. From the attached log it seems that there is some problem with sockets created by zms but that appear to be unaivalable:
