material icons missing on default install #87

Running zoneminderhq/zoneminder:latest-ubuntu18.04

As described in this post: https://forums.zoneminder.com/viewtopic.php?t=30725 , Icons are missing on default install. As described in the same thread

cp -r /usr/share/zoneminder/www/fonts /usr/share/zoneminder/www/skins/classic/css/

Resolves the issue. Is there a way to incorporate this into the build? Thanks for the great software!

It's possible that the PTZ control arrows are missing also, though I'm unsure how to resolve that one.
