Config for text #2

Description of the feature

Could you add a config file so that the text in the window could be changed. For example, I want to replace the "race" item with "profession", change the height to the metric system, etc.

Why should this be added?

This will add more variability to the use of the modification.

The metric toggle is doable enough, but I'd need to think on changing text with config.
