Any tweaks needed?

Suggested tweaks from moi:

  1. Make the label text for each country slightly smaller
  2. Change some of the country names to make it tidier (Sudan (former) to Sudan, United States to USA etc.)
  3. Maybe delete some country names so that we just highlight a few key ones? Or maybe it'll look fine/less cluttered if the text is slightly smaller
  4. Can we change the labelling of the y axis? The 1e+01 etc. isn't super clear, can we have in normal numbers?
  5. Change X-axis label to 'Food insecurity (global rank)'
  6. Add dotted lined so that we split the graphs in to quarters (e.g. as per this below) Screen Shot 2020-05-29 at 12 25 08
