Formatting of the timer text #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start trunk version
2. Open settings, change the time to 1 minute for example
3. The timer is now 1:00

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see: 1:00
Should see: 01:00
The formatting is wrong!
