Unhandled exception while picking sound file of unsupported format #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Menu->Config->Sounds
2. Browse for a sound file
3. Enter * in the "File name" text field to display all files in a directory.
4. Select unsupported sound file, like WAV for example.
5. Save
6. Start the timer.
Pomodairo freezes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A dialog box with an error message, forbidding the user to choose an 
unsupported file format and thus breaking the Pomodairo process.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pomodairo 1.9 on Windows 7 x64
