Card form: Field Mask #81

Current behavior:

The "number" field mask is not implemented on card pages.

Expected / new behavior:

The "number" field should be implemented on card pages (like it is on list pages).

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:

Add the field option "number:3" on a decimal field on a card page.

Liveapp version: 5.4.0

Browser: all

Anything else:

Need to be able to use a field mask of "number:3" on a card field to show 3 as "3.000" and 0.3 as "0.300".
