Current behavior:

After a page error occurs, the page filters are saved to the layout incorrectly.

Expected / new behavior:

After a page error occurs, the page filters should save to the layout correctly.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:

Add filters to a page then make an error occur. The next time the page is opened, the filters will be invalid.
