StoryItemOptions should show a Magnet/Snap toggle button to set that in non-Edit mode when a dragged child item's centerpoint is dropped onto the area (bounds) of another magnet/snapping child item (of the ActiveStoryItem), then the dropped item is moved to the same centerpoint as the magnetizing/snapping one.
That way one can create puzzle games where the moved pieces snap exactly into place
