StoryTimer throws error if a new story is getting loaded when it tries to move to next ActiveStoryItem

Should maybe stop the timer in such case, but since it will try again at next tick, just made it not throw error if ActiveStoryItem is unassigned

note that the Android release (build code 2, ver 0.5.12) that was sent to Google Play Store for open test includes this fix, whereas the 0.5.12 APK in releases doesn't have the fix. Officially it will be in 0.5.13
