Move Previous/Next buttons more inside (towards Home) to not be covered by toolbars on mobiles #230

Version: 0.5.12

Previous/Next buttons are covered by other buttons on mobiles (small screen height). Should move them to be more insider towards the Home button (but not too much so that they can be clicked with the thumbs on a phone)

for now moved help (?) button to the about box to save some space

moving more inside will probably take more space from the story content on small screens

moved to the top in the Z-order and also set to Bottom instead of BottomMost alignment so that they don't show over the left and right toolbars (when the right [Edit] toolbar appears, the Next button moves a bit more to the left - towards Home - automatically)
