add central american currencies or custom rates option

i would like to see some central american currencies on the list. if that would be too hard then can you add a feature to make custom exchange rates where the user can just create one to add to the list?

For custom exchange, need just parser block, nothing more. Perhaps all this will be another branch of the project - https://github.com/ZorgeR/nanoConverter-R2. But at this moment I do not an active develop these two projects and drop it them into the archive.
