how to stop the debug prints #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.we run the xmemcached
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
we want to runt the process at higher debug level

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 i  am using 1.3.8 and on ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.

Please configure your logger.If u are using log4j,please configure your 
log4j.properties.
