Clean up repo #22

@adam3smith, it would be nice if this repo would be cleaned up a bit, and if the relationship with https://github.com/Juris-M/zotero-odf-scan-plugin is clarified in READMEs.

Do I understand correctly that this repo currently only functions to store the bookmarklet code and documentation (both in "gh-pages"), and https://github.com/Juris-M/zotero-odf-scan-plugin functions to store the Zotero plugin code (in the "master" branch)?

It might make sense to delete "master" here, or at least make "gh-pages" the default branch. And move the README from "master" to "gh-pages", and delete any unnecessary files from "gh-pages" (the "documentation" directory, plugin files, and Scannable Cite translator)?

I'd submit a PR, but I'm not a 100% sure which files should be kept in which repo in which branch.

Also, if you'd change the repo name to Zotero-ODF-Scan.github.io, I think you should be able to reduce http://zotero-odf-scan.github.io/zotero-odf-scan/ to just http://zotero-odf-scan.github.io/ (see https://help.github.com/articles/user-organization-and-project-pages/).
