Fix demographics detection in dicomparser #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Read a DICOM file that does not have all the demographic data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dicompyler should read the file properly, but it will throw an exception since 
the data is missing.

The data should either be set to blank or empty.
